DEI Breakfast: Boost your business's diversity and inclusion efforts!

It is with great pleasure that Næringsforeningen and the Advisory Board for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion invite you to our third Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Breakfast. We have established the DEI Breakfast as an arena for learning, dialogue and interactive discussions, and in this session we will dive into the tools and resources offered by NAV and the Stavanger Municipality to promote an inclusive work environment. This event will explore various public support mechanisms and their role in fostering inclusive communities, with focus on how these initiatives promote equity and diversity within the region. The goal is to answer the question "How can my company obtain support from the public sector for its DEI initiatives?"

During the breakfast, Nina Gjestvang-Knutzen from Stavanger Municipality and Odd Roar Mobæk from NAV will provide insights into how their initiatives and programs can strengthen your business. They will share their experiences in implementing effective diversity and inclusion strategies and how these can be tailored to your company's needs. You'll have the opportunity to gain insight on how DEI is being incorporated in various organisations in the region, learning all about success factors and potential challenges. NB This meeting will be held in Norwegian.
