Dr. B. Bala Bhaskar, Ambassador of India to Norway, joined the Indian Foreign Service in 1993 and possesses over 34 years of experience as an engineer, an economist, and a diplomat. He is a graduate in Civil Engineering and a doctorate in Economics. He authored a book on “Energy Security and Economic Development in India – A Holistic Approach”. The book was published by The Energy Research Institute (TERI), a globally renowned think tank and premier energy research institution in India.
Mr.V.Venkataraman, Counsellor (Political, Economic and Head of Chancery) joined the Embassy of India, Oslo in February 2021. He served in various capacities in the Ministry of External Affairs and Indian Embassies in Russia, Romania, and Chile.Mr.
Ragnhild Espeland, Department manager Innovation Norway Rogaland. Innovation Norway are represented in 19 countries and contribute to sustainable growth and exports for Norwegian businesses through capital and expertise. Espeland has several years of experience in connection companies in Rogaland with international opportunities and working together with the companies on their growth strategies.
Oddmar Johannesen is responsible for Middle East & India in Norwegian Energy Partners. Before joining Norwep, he held the position of Vice President Sales & Marketing in Sekal AS for 5 years. Prior to Sekal, Johannesen was Managing Director for Quickflange in Norway. He has international Oil & Gas (Energy) experience and perspective with proven business unit and management track record. Before entering into the energy space, he worked in various key positions in commercialization of software solutions for public and private sectors.
